Mark as Useful I receive calls from this number on both my cell phone and my home number at least 10 - 15 times a day. I have a payment plan with Sears and they debit my account every month yet they continue to call. When I answer there is silence for at least 60 seconds so I hang up. If I don't answer and let it go to voicemail all I get on my message is a busy signal. This is harrasement. How do I report them?
